What is the typical shipping time for perishable items?
To ensure peak freshness, all perishable items are shipped via expedited shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 48 hours of shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Blackberry Farm Shop only ships within the United States. Due to agricultural regulations and the delicate nature of our artisanal products, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our guest services within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products organic?
Many of our products are grown using sustainable and organic practices at our farm. While not all items carry a formal USDA Organic certification, we prioritize natural preservation and traditional farming methods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and scanned by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Can I include a gift message with my purchase?
Yes, you can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process. We will include a printed card with your message inside the package, and no pricing information will be shown on the packing slip.
