At Blackberry Farm Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
